Nippy Top Organic Cleaning Tips to Fight Corona Virus!
Unless you have been living under a rock or not been paying attention to media, your neighbors, or yourself, the wide spreading of the coronavirus has affected the supply chain and the daily lives of many Americans. From school closings, to public places on high alert sending email updates on their prevention methods, and most recent to rescheduling or cancellations of some of the largest attended festivals and social gatherings. It’s important to know why this ‘new’ virus should be taken seriously as we now have more confirmed cases in the U.S. and death tolls in the thousands globally, (expecting to rise), seeing people panic by emptying shelves in local markets in fear of worst-case scenario. However, in any case knowledge should lead to rational decisions and not fear. The 2020 Coachella Music and Arts Festival has been canceled which has been confirmed on their Facebook page, as the coronavirus outbreak continues to spread, neither the Coachella Music and Arts Festival nor the Stagecoach Music Festival will take place as scheduled, organizers confirmed to Rolling Stone.
Coachella will now take place on October 9th, 10th, and 11th and October 16th, 17th, and the 18th, 2020. Stagecoach will take place on October 23rd, 24th, and 25th, 2020. All purchases for April dates will be honored for the rescheduled October dates, purchasers will be notified by Friday, March 13th on how to obtain a refund if they are unable to attend. Although there is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease also referred to as 2019 (COVID-19) the CDC reports believe the best method of prevention is to limit exposure to it or people who may have symptoms of being sick. The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person between people who are in close contact with one another (about 6 feet) and through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. Such droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs. Which having a face mask of proper fitting/filter may help benefit from airborne illnesses. Now this should not be taken out of proportion because people can be allergic to cat hair and sneeze or cough for numerous reasons and that doesn’t necessarily indicate they are sick or infected. Use best case judgment with people you are familiar with and take no chances with strangers to protect your self with necessary garments in public settings. Older adults and people who have severe underlying chronic medical conditions may want to consult with a physician about further preventive measures as they have been more likely to suffer serious complications from the new virus COVID-19 as what’s been reported thus far in its development.
Here are a few Nippy tips to protect yourself!
Learning to protect yourself is the first line of defence against the virus. Some things you may already be accustom to while others may not have seemed as important until a virus outbreak happens. Clean your hands often Cleaning your hands may seem like common sense (in which it is) but now with washing as frequently as recommended to stay protected your hands are at risk of sever dehydration! Which can lead to more issues and extremely vulnerable to diseases and infection from cracked dehydrated skin! Most of the bigger companies that produce cleaning supplies and hand soap know this and are limited to reacting as fast to formulating a hand soap that is suitable for this very unfortunate time in the wide spread of the Corona virus except for Nippy Nature! Whose hand soap is formulated with pro- vitamin B5 and Aloe Vera juice that will leave your hands protected and hydrated after washing them every time!
Wash Your Hands
1. Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds before you eat, after you have been in a public place, blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing and before you touch your face. Sing the happy birthday song to try and keep a track of the time. We recommend Nippy Nature Hand Soap
Our unique formula is an easy rinse off application that includes aloe vera, which helps to keep the skin hydrated, soft, smooth and most importantly - Germ Free!
If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. This is very important because alcohol kills germs when properly used.
If there is not at least 60% alcohol the sanitizer will not be as effective for killing germs. Make sure to cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
Avoid Touching Yourself
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. And limit the habit of doing so when in public places that forces you to touch surfaces that numerous people have to access like door handles, knobs, tables chairs, desk tops, light switches, countertops, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
Avoid Close Contact with people
Avoid close contact with people Sometimes it’s inevitable to avoid contact with other people including children that come home from school or other relatives, in the mist of not such plausible resolution, cleaning with Nippy Nature Multi-Surface Daily Cleaner will help remove microbes from surfaces with a nice refreshing natural lemon scent. Cleaning first and foremost very important before trying to sanitize or disinfecting any surfaces.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick period! (Any type of sickness at this point just to be safe).
Put distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community. This is especially important for people who are at higher risk of getting very sick. It’s not all about you! Protect others to! Be fare and care for others well-being as you would want someone to be courteous to your health. Stay home if you’re sick
With this being a new virus and not much has been proven to be effective against killing the virus do everyone a favor and Stay home if you are sick, except to get medical care. Cover coughs and sneezes immediately!
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow.
Throw used tissues in the trash.
If you are sick: You should wear a facemask when you are around other people (e.g., sharing a room or vehicle) and before you enter a healthcare provider’s office. If you are not able to wear a facemask (for example, because it causes trouble breathing), then you should do your best to cover your coughs and sneezes, and people who are caring for you should wear a facemask if they enter your room.
If you are NOT sick: You do not need to wear a facemask unless you are caring for someone who is sick (and they are not able to wear a facemask). Facemasks may be in short supply and they should be saved for caregivers.
Clean and disinfect Surfaces
Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks. Nippy nature’s No Rinse Vinegar Gel will help clean and add a nice refreshing natural lemon scent to your home surfaces.
Use with Multi-Surface Daily cleaner first and go over appropriate surfaces with the No Rinse Vinegar Gel for Power House cleaning experience you won’t regret! • If surfaces are dirty, clean them: Using any of Nippy Nature power house cleaners, prior to disinfecting for best result!
If surfaces are heavily/ visibly soiled, you cannot disinfect accordingly. Cleaning should always be done first as the surfactants are responsible for carrying dirt and debris away along with lowering microbes on surfaces (this is normally all that’s needed for most surfaces through your home) while a disinfectant will help to kill any remaining particles ( if any, as surfactants are very powerful).
Please make sure you do your research if there is still question or doubt in your mind as your knowledge is your power and the only thing holding you back from knowing truth of any matter.
